The state is requiring us to turn on multifactor authentication (MFA) for all staff by Christmas break. The reason is because there has been a major increase in cyber-attacks on schools and school personnel and MFA is the most used way to help secure networks and accounts. Most banks and a lot of major companies are already using it…when you login into your account it will ask you to verify your login by a secondary method.  It sounds more complicated than it is, but once you do it a few times I think you will get the hang of it.
