Notice is hereby given that the Leslie County Board of Education is accepting sealed proposals for a new Public Address/Sound System for Leslie Co. High School Nixon Gym. This project includes new equipment, freight, inside delivery, installation with required electrical work, set up, and training for a Public Address /Sound System for Leslie County High School Nixon Gym.  An onsite visit by proposers will be required to verify sizes, and electrical work for installation.  All delivery, installation, setup, and training is to be performed during regular business hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. unless the Buildings and Grounds Director agrees upon other arrangements.  Proposals will be received at:

Information pertaining to any item or conditions in this proposal request may be obtained by contacting the Leslie County Board of Education Office.  Contact information is listed above and located on the District website (www.leslie.kyschools.us). Copies of this request for proposal may be obtained from the Buildings and Grounds Department at the address above or you may contact the Board of Education to request documents to be emailed.  Proposal requests will be available beginning on the public notice date and until the time and date specified for the opening.  

In submitting this proposal, it is expressly agreed that, upon proper acceptance, a contract shall thereby be created with respect to the equipment purchase and installation resulting in a turnkey project for a new and useable Public Address/Sound System for Leslie County High School Nixon Gym. 

Proposals must be received at the listed location, not later than the specified opening time and date. Proposals received after the time designated for the opening will not be accepted. Proposals should be sealed in an envelope and clearly marked “Proposal for Public Address/Sound System Project”. The Leslie County Board of Education cannot assume responsibility for any delay as a result of failure of the mail or delivery services to deliver proposals on time.
